Jobs - Remote Work Vs On Site and Hybrid Work

In this podcast episode, I talk more about the benefits of remote work over Hybrid and On-Site working situations and the pros and cons of each. Also, I discuss the benefits of working remotely and what that does for the mental and financial health of individuals and workforces. Including the benefits of using less commercial real estate and allowing those spaces to be converted into housing for low-income or higher-income individuals to make the housing market more competitive and potentially bring down the cost of housing everywhere, including the mention of government subsidies to promote this initiative for land owners. NOTE: This is just a preliminary discussion meant to ask questions and delve deeper into each topic and include solutions and outcomes of utilizing new technologies that are about to come out and their potential effects on the workforce and remote work overall. Disclaimer: The ideas and solutions mentioned in this video are solely my own and based on my own personal experience as a remote, hybrid, and on-site worker.

Learn about Design, Music and Dance!

In this episode, I wanted to begin by discussing Design, the five main principles of design and also, Music, and Dance, and a general overview and discussion on different aspects of each topic. There were little things I wanted to bring up in regards to starting out as an artist in particular and what that can entail. Depending on each person’s circumstances the case may be different for each person. For that reason I wanted to keep the discussion more broad and over-arching instead of providing specific examples of people and situations. The intent behind this video was just to teach what I have learned in my own experience about these topics. I hope you like the discussion and if you have insights of your own, please feel free to let me know and I can add them to my next video discussions! Please subscribe and comment with your opinions!

What is Art and why is it Important?

Welcome to The Artist’s Review Podcast by Emilio Cordova. Presented by EcdvaStudios.com. The Artist’s Review does precisely what it sounds like. I review artists from all different backgrounds and disciplines. I am creating discussions around their techniques and understanding their intent. Also, In this episode, in particular, I wanted to begin by discussing what Art itself actually is before we go too in-depth. I know most people might roll their eyes at someone describing what Art is. However, this video is mostly for setting the scene for what we’re going to continue to discuss in the following episodes. I hope you like it! and please subscribe and comment with your opinions! I would love to hear any kind of feedback you might have. This channel includes topics on Art, Music, Film, Tech, News, pop culture, and more.

The Drummer @Unknown_Soundwaves a.k.a Dirty Chop
Derkice Mooney

I met @unknown_soundwaves / Dirty Chop while walking down Hollywood Boulevard, Walk of Fame. It was a beautiful, sunny day, and he was on the busy corner of Hollywood and Highland Ave, putting on a show for the crowd. As they walked by, I appreciated his musical talent on the drums, while the percussive sounds amplified the excitement of being in Hollywood.

The reason I approached him was that he had a smile on his face, and he looked like he was genuinely enjoying his time in the spotlight. Busking on the street is a common thing in the LA area, as artists attempt to gain exposure in any way they can.

While talking to him, he explained that the reason he is out on the street performing is that he doesn’t have the connections that most people in the industry have - through either family members or people already within the industry that he can reach out to. This is extremely common and is why breaking into Hollywood/The entertainment industry can seem impossible unless you have some kind of industry exposure or sponsored backing to advertise your talents. Such as a talent show like American Idol, The Voice, America’s Got Talent, or other similar types of shows that are hard to get on.

This is where ECDVA Studios comes in. The blog was created because I too am an artist who knows how hard it can be to find someone willing to help. Also, I love creating unique highlights that put artists like @Unknown_Soundwaves in the spotlight for the world to see! This feature only stands to help his visibility and highlight his talents for more people to experience. Follow @unknown_soundwaves on all platforms today!
